What is the processing & shipping time for my product?
PROCESSING: Off-peak months: orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Mon - Fri) and ready for shipping.
Peak seasonal months: orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Mon - Fri) and ready for shipping.
SHIPPING: **Shipping is on top of processing times.**
(You are responsible for customs/duties.)
From USA to USA: 1-7 days
From USA to Canada: 7-14 days
From Europe to Europe: 5-10 days
From Europe to Australia/New Zealand/Oceania: 15-30 days

Time ranges are best estimates. Shipping time may very. Outside influences may delay your shipment including weather and customs holds.
What is your return policy?
Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore I do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, I will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 14 days.
- I do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size/color/etc.
- If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact me before returning the item.
- Unless arrangements are made with me, you cover the cost of the return.
What about Lost or Stolen Packages & Tracking?
All orders will come with a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is about to be shipped.
Lost packages will be replaced when I confirm with the delivering service that they did indeed lose the package. No replacement will be sent until I have this confirmation.
Stolen packages will NOT be replaced. This is not my fault and I will not take a loss on this. All customers will have at least 2 - 5 days to make sure you can collect the package as the tracking will tell you when the package should arrive.
